Diamond Day Candles: Returns & Refunds

At Diamond Day Candles, every product is crafted with care and intention. As our products are custom, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.  Send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery.  If your return is accepted, we will contact you with further instructions.

Order Processing Time & Delivery

We put a lot of love into every order, which means it takes us 2-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to get everything just right. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll share updates through our shop announcements.

Since our candles are on the heavier side, most orders ship via UPS or Priority Mail. Please note that selecting expedited shipping (like Priority or Priority Express) will not affect our processing time, as we focus on ensuring the best quality for your items.  If you require expedited processing, please contact us before ordering.

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are in the carrier's control. We can’t offer refunds for shipping delays.

We’re happy to provide free shipping on eligible orders.

If you're worried about a specific delivery date, please reach out to us before you place your order.  We are happy to make your event a success! 

Once you place your order, we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, so that you can track the progress of your package.  After your order ships, we recommend checking directly with the carrier for the most up-to-date tracking information. 


Return to Sender

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address. In these cases, we will issue store credit for the order value minus shipping costs.
